What if an attacker forces me to unlock my phone?

Enter your Duress PIN (e.g., 8888) instead of your real PIN. This unlocks a fake version of the app that looks normal but silently sends a distress signal and live location to your emergency contacts.

Do you sell my location data to advertisers?

Absolutely not. We are a defense and personal safety platform, not a data broker. Your location data is AES-256 encrypted in transit and at rest, and we strictly enforce a Zero Data Mining policy. You pay for the subscription so you are the customer, not the product.

How does the Evidence Vault work?

When you trigger an SOS, the app can automatically begin recording audio and taking photos. This evidence is instantly streamed to our secure AWS cloud infrastructure. Even if your phone is destroyed or confiscated seconds later, the evidence is safely locked in our WORM (Write-Once-Read-Many) storage for law enforcement retrieval.

Will Crash Detection drain my battery?

No. Our AI logic utilizes edge-processing. It relies on the low-power accelerometer sensors built into your phone, waking up the main processor only when an impact threshold is breached. This ensures less than a 3% battery impact over a full day.

What if my battery dies during a walk home?

You are still protected. Our Failsafe Timer™ lives on our cloud servers, not your phone. If you set a 30-minute safety timer and your phone dies or loses signal, our servers detect the silence and will still alert your contacts automatically when the 30 minutes expire.

Can I use this for my whole family or business?

Yes. The Platinum Plan covers up to 100 people. You get 6 full VIP seats (perfect for your immediate family or executives) plus 94 Lite seats to monitor extended family, hiking groups, or a fleet of employees.

Is it easy to cancel?
