Welcome to Kinlyr. By accessing or using our mobile application, the Guardian Engine™ backend, or associated web platforms (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Operational Agreement.

1. Scope of Tactical Service

Kinlyr provides cloud-native monitoring, failsafe heartbeat handshakes, and immutable evidence storage. The availability of specific features, including sensor fusion and duress protocols, is determined by your subscription tier. You acknowledge that the Service requires an active data connection for real-time heartbeat synchronization.

2. Subscription & Continuity

Premium defense tiers are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to maintain accurate billing information to prevent service interruption. While you may terminate your agreement at any time, Kinlyr does not provide pro-rated refunds for partial operational cycles.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The Service is intended for personal safety and professional field security. Unauthorized use for stalking, hostile surveillance, or harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate exfiltration from the platform. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the Guardian Engine™ logic is a breach of this agreement.

4. Data Sovereignty

Our commitment to privacy is outlined in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that session-specific location data is purged according to our 24-hour expiration protocols, after which it is non-recoverable for legal or personal reconstruction.

5. Limitation of Operational Liability

Kinlyr shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from network latency, hardware failure, or the inability of the Service to trigger an alert during a localized signal outage.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region for the resolution of any disputes.
